This massage session is customized to meet your current needs. Chronic tension and holding patterns are stretched, pressed and kneaded to reduce pain and correct posture imbalances. A blend of modalities are used during this session to include deep tissue, myofascial release, active and passive stretching and swedish massage.
This style of massage uses the therapist's bare feet and body weight to deliver deliciously deep pressure while smoothing out stubborn knots and stretching out spinal muscles. This is "feet down" THE BEST pain free deep tissue massage that you have ever received! Barefoot massage is ideal for client's who have thick/dense muscle tissue. Chronic issues such as hip and low back pain and posture imbalances are perfect for this session!
Range of Motion
This session is designed for the client to stay fully dressed and comfortable while your massage therapist applies yoga inspired stretches with Thai massage techniques to lengthen muscles groups and improve your range of motion. This massage session is ideal for the typical desk jockey all the way to the weekend warrior.
Express Therapeutic Massage
Short on time? This 30 minute session packs the punch you need in a shorter amount of time. This session is an ideal amount of time to work on one specific area, such as a tension headache or foot pain.
Add on Services
Stuffy and clogged sinus cavities can make life (and breathing!) miserable! Gentle massage pressure is applied to specific areas of the face to facilitate drainage. Steamed towels and essential oils are used to promote clear sinuses and better breathing.
Who doesn't have a scar from an event in their lives? From stitches and minor injuries to c-sections and joint repair, the scars that are left behind can hinder range of motion/mobility and can still be painful. Myofascial techniques are applied to the scar area that are gentle yet break up fascial restrictions and adhesions.
